It’s Gorgeous Out Here!

Hey hey, beautiful people, it's day 3! Today started at about 930. I got up, had breakfast down by the river, and, of course, took in the glorious foliage. I then got dressed and headed out for the day! My first stop was Gibbs Garden.  It's a wonderland of lush beauty- a botanical pasture if you will- full of glorious brooks, steams, flowers, and the like. It's insanely affordable, too, my ticket was $20, and another perk is that you don't have to use the ticket on the same day you purchase, which is convenient if your plans change.

This vision of peace was about a 5 min drive from where I was staying. The drive up was just a peaceful as the actual garden. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who handed me a map, pointed me in the right direction, and was on my way! On my tour, I visited a luxurious mansion on the hill with a phenomenal mountain view. While continuing on my hike, I came across the inspiration garden; while there, I was inspired to write this:

Her tender hills of glorious fields full of melancholy bliss. The way the wind dances off the leaves of the trees plays a magnificent melody of peace. It offers up its grace to bring the season of calm, a tremendous feeling that has been aloof here recently. With the inspiration of the present and hope for the future, God's artwork set a tone of unmatched grandeur. To atone for its splendor, it emits dancing waves of light that bouse betwixt the pages of nature as though to say you have it all. The deeper you go, the more you see the exquisiteness of those talents, up and down and left and right, an encapsulating wonder that holds you just right. It absorbs your cares and worries like a sponge bouning through the waves and keeps you close to let you know you have the power and peace you desire.

After I left the Inspiration Garden, I headed over to the Japanese Garden. This garden was an oasis of majestic beauty. Sitting peacefully, I watched the leaves twirl and dance so gracefully around one another like two star-crossed lovers reuniting. Seeing the vibrant hues of greens, oranges, purples, reds, and hints of blues mixed in with yellows proved that God is one heck of a painter. Seeing the moss overhang hug the wind ever so slightly as it sways, reminiscent of a wave to onlookers. The piercing quiet is so loud that it transports you into an abyss of pure delight. The statuesque howling wind emits a sing-song sound as it rumbles through the stark foliage of angelic grassland.

My overall consensus: Worth every penny! I spent 3 hours there, and I still didn't want to leave. So if you are ever in the Dawsonville, GA area, Gibbs Garden is a must-see! You won't be disappointed. After that adventure, I headed back home to shower, eat and relax. I caught up on some reading and called it a night!

As always, thank you ALL for allowing me to share my passions with you, and I hope that my blog inspires you to go after what you want and believe in yourself in every aspect because I believe in you! Now strike your POWER POSE 🕺💃- We got this, NOW LET’S GET TO IT!!!

Keep Shining Loves
