It's Series 6 Episode 2 .  As we wrap up our discussion around being a leader or a follower and which one you are, we head into the definition of what it means to call someone your friend? As you will hear in today's episode, Lady Dee and PBid have been friends for over ten years, and they share their secrete with us. A friend is someone that you can count on. A friend is someone that gives you a shoulder to cry on and an ear to listen. They are the ones that you can trust to tell your secrets to and trust they won't spread them amongst the masses. In the words of Lady Dee, a true friend is someone that will always be there for you, without judgment! That last half is important because having someone to there for you and give you judgment-free advice. Seeing the growth of Lady Dee and PBid's friendship is one that everyone deserves! 

Everyone's definition of a friend will be different, but the foundation should be the same. What do I mean by that? Think of it this way, there are many houses in the world, and they are all different, but they all have the same type of foundation. I want you all to take a close look at the friendships you currently have. Are they providing value, making you better? If not, you may want to re-evaluate the reason for the friendship.
